Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship nationwide from our little studio in Maryland. 


We process orders within one to two business days. Orders received on Friday will be processed on the next business day. During peak season, or when there is in climate weather it may take a bit longer. 

We use USPS, the United States Postal Service, as you may know, USPS is going through some internal changes and packages may take longer than expected. Even if you choose priority mail with 2-day shipping may experience delays

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. If your product is damaged when you receive it, please email us at in the subject line "Received Damaged Product". Send a photo of the damaged product and a brief statement sharing your concern. We will review your email and get back to you letting you know how to proceed.  We may agree to ship a replacement product, or your request may be denied. Return request or replacement must be made within 30 days of purchase. 

Returns(if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 


If you are shipping items over $75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (If applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, or your credit card company, it may take several days before the refund is officially posted. If you have checked with your bank or credit card company and still have not received your refund please contact us at

Sale Items (If applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items can not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange if for the same item, email us at and send your item to 610 Millwright Court #11, Millersville, MD 21108
